Exclusive residential experience in two semi-detached houses with interiors of a high standard and in a top location, just a few minutes‘ walk from Lake Lucerne

These two attractive semi-detached houses are just 30 minutes by car from Lucerne and Zug and are in Vitznau, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Lucerne. The two halves of the house with separate entrances offer absolute privacy and can be connected by an internal door, so they are ideal for large families, as well as business travellers. Vitznau is in a beautiful bay, nestled between Lake Lucerne and the south side of the Rigi. Owing to this sheltered location, the area enjoy an exceptionally mild, almost Mediterranean climate, where palm trees, figs and grape vines flourish. The region is therefore also called the Riviera of central Switzerland.

The semi-detached houses renovated in 2012 are generous, modern and exclusive. The high-quality interiors leave nothing to be desired and provide everything you need. The houses have automatic central heating with a heat pump.

Each house has its own terrace. There are parking spaces on site. Small pets are allowed on request, not large dogs.

It is a two-minute walk to the refreshing waters of Lake Lucerne, where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of central Switzerland, a cool beer, delicious glace specialities and varied menus. There is also a kiosk with everyday items. The Rigi cable cars, a boat pier, tourist information, post office and ATMs are all nearby. The idyllic Vitznau is an ideal starting point for trips into the surrounding mountain and lake landscape, or the world-famous town of Lucerne. The local mountain Rigi, with the car-free holiday town of Rigi Kaltbad, is in a fabulous south-facing location and has something to offer visitors of all ages, sportspeople and those seeking relaxation. Means of transport include the train, boat, bus and cable car. A wide range of recreational and leisure activities await you. You can choose between walking, jogging, skating, swimming, fishing, hiking, climbing on a climbing wall, wellness, curling, Nordic walking, visiting an indoor pool, shopping, visiting an animal park or museum, hiring a pedalo or motorboat, playing golf or biking.

Semi-detached house with a bar, a conservatory and a balcony, for five people

This semi-detached house with two floors and a total living space of 160m² can accommodate five people and is an interesting combination of an old building, modernity and exclusivity. The three bedrooms provide a kingsize double bed with a big tempur mattress (180 x 200cm), a French double bed with one mattress (160 x 200cm) and a single bed 140cm wide. Big built-in cupboards provide ample storage space. A children’s bed 140cm long with removable bars and bed linen can be provided. The living room, furnished with B & B Italia furniture, has a bar as a special highlight, as well as a heated conservatory. It also has a dining space, wireless Internet access, an LED TV and Apple TV, and a Bose stereo system. Original paintings and sculptures give the room a very special flair. The open kitchen is equipped with a retro-style fridge and a separate freezer, as well as a combination oven and microwave by Siemens, a dishwasher made by Gaggenau, a kettle, a four-ring hob, a Jura coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. A fondue set, a fondue chinoise set, a toaster, a steam cooker and other utensils are also provided. The very modern, spacious bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and hairdryer, as well as a whirlpool bath, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror and a bathroom radiator. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The 100m² extensive terrace furnished with a table, chairs, parasol and a comfortable, cushioned bench invites you to relax. Two parking spaces are available for this house.
