This is a guesthouse with three holiday apartments at the heart of Ulmen, in a quiet location in a residential district near the market square, the Ulmener Maar and the castle ruin. The official spa town is surrounded by several villages, forests and lakes in the Eifel, to the north-west of the Moselle.
The ground floor and the first floor apartments each have their own terrace and the latter also has a balcony. Garden furniture, a grill and grill area are available. Your pet is allowed. You can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee. The owners are happy to help arrange rehabilitation at the Physiodom.
The holiday house is spread over three floors. The ground floor is occupied by the barrier-free holiday apartment, which can accommodate up to four people and provides 65m² of living space. The apartment has a private terrace and is suitable for those with physical disabilities or wheelchair users. The first floor houses holiday apartment, also for four people and of the same size, featuring a balcony. The attic apartment of 55m² is ideal for a holiday for two. All three apartments have a bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor and first floor, a third and fourth guest can sleep on a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. All the apartments provide a fully-equipped kitchen and satellite TV.
If you do not feel like self-catering for a change, there is a pizzeria right around the corner. It is about 300 metres to further cafés and restaurants. A wide range of shops, from a discount store to a supermarket, are a kilometre away. You can relax at the Ulmener Maar just 300 metres away. The castle ruins are within walking distance 350 metres away. There is a tennis court 500 metres away.

The apartment features a modern country house style and you can enjoy a comfortable holiday within its 65m² of living space, comprising a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room-kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) with two separate mattresses each 90cm wide, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, so you can read a good book before going to sleep. There is a little TV next to the three-door wardrobe with a mirror on the door and plenty of storage space for your luggage. The bathroom has a bath with a folding shower screen, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror and wall cupboard, and a WC. The fully-equipped kitchen-diner has a dining table with four chairs for dining together. The dishwasher, stove with an oven, fridge and freezer and standard small electrical appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster) enable convenient self-catering. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living room, which has a sofa bed and can therefore also be used as a second bedroom. There is an external door next to the TV leading out onto the balcony.
