The three holiday apartments are near the sea in a quiet residential area in the peaceful little village of Arbanija on the north side of the Croatian sunny island of Ciovo, providing ideal holiday accommodation for a relaxing holiday far away from tourist noise.
The three-storey residential house was newly built just recently in 2013 and is equipped accordingly with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The house has a total of six apartments, three of which are let out as holiday apartments, while the other four are used by the owner. As the holiday apartments have their own separate entrance, privacy is ensured during your stay.
The 700m2 garden planted charmingly with grape vines and fruit trees is shared with guests at the other apartment. It has a grill area with garden furniture, inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals together outside. If you arrive by car, you can find a secure parking space right in front of the house.
The landlord right in the house is of course always concerned about your privacy, but at the same time he is of course always happy to help you with any questions.
The apartment is only about 200 metres from the sea. The nearest beach with crystal clear water is about 250 metres away. It is only about 300 metres to the centre of Arbanija with its various shops, markets and gastronomy. The harbour town of Trogir about 4km away, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, makes an interesting day trip.

The 60 m² apartment on the first floor consists of an airy living and dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. The air-conditioned (heating and cooling) living area is furnished with a spacious corner sofa set, a wall-mounted, digital flat screen TV with cable and satellite reception as well as USB connection, a DVD player and a wooden dining table with six chairs. The kitchen next door has a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and even a coffee machine. The bedroom has a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and a 120 cm x 200 m single bed. Of course, the bedroom is also equipped with bedside tables and reading lamps as well as cupboards with plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional 120 cm x 200 cm bed for another person. In the brightly tiled bathroom you will find a shower cubicle, a vanity with a mirrored wall cabinet, a hair dryer and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available during your stay, plenty of bed linen and towels are provided, and reliable WiFi internet access is also provided in your apartment free of charge.

From the living area you go to your private sun balcony with a table, chairs and a shade-giving parasol. Here you can get together for breakfast at sunrise or for dinner at sunset and enjoy the sweeping panoramic view of the bay.
