The villa is on a hill in the Vinodol valley near Lake Tribalj, in an excellent location in direct touch with nature, and not far from the sea in Kvarner Bay.
The villa is on two floors and can accommodate nine people. The style is authentic, with many details from the grandparents’ era, providing the warmth of home with vestiges of the past, the fragrances of a Mediterranean garden and the requisite peace and quiet on holiday. The 95m² ground floor has an air-conditioned living and dining room with a view over the pool and the mountains. It provides a fireplace, a sofa suite, an 80cm flatscreen TV with cable channels, DVDs, a Playstation 3, pay-per-view films, and an audio system with loudspeakers. There is also a business corner with a desk, chair, small library, maps and guides. Wireless Internet access is available throughout. The dining space has a big dining table with plenty of space for all guests. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing utensils. You can relax in the Finnish sauna with all the necessary accessories, oils and exfoliation. Treat yourself to a drink at the bar with selected wines and local liqueurs. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with air conditioning. The 45m² master bedroom affords a view of the lake, the castle and the valley.
