Villa Bonazza - Apartment with spectacular sea view
This apartment is for 4 to 6 persons and it is situated directly on the sea in the old city center of Novigrad, ca. 20m from the beach, 10m from the restaurant and 300m from the shop.
It is situated on two floors (second and third floor) with a surface of 70m2 and consists of two bedrooms each with double bed, living room with one sofa bed for 1-2 persons and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and coffee maker, the bathroom is with shower and wc, there is a nice terrace with furniture and with sea view. The second bedroom is situated under the roof and has it´s own bathroom with shower and toilette inside the room. SAT-TV, air condition, bed linen and towels are included in the price, pets are not allowed.
The apartment is situated in the old town. Directly to the property there is no parking. One private parking place is situated ca. 800m from the apartment and it is free of charge. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car just to unpack/pack your luggage.
