This is a guesthouse with four holiday apartments, in a popular residential district with several residential units, near the beach. It is within walking distance of the centre of the island of Vir, in the north-western part of the Dalmatian region.
The semi-detached house with an enclosed site has several terraces and balconies, as well as a grill area for shared use. It has three floors that also comprise the generous holiday apartment atraveo no. 971463 on the second floor, with 138m² of living space for up to eight people, and apartments atraveo no. 971502 of 80m² for up to six people and atraveo no. 971517 of 55m² for up to four people on the first floor. The ground-floor apartment, atraveo no. 971484, can accommodate up to six guests and provides 80m² of living space. All the apartments can be booked either individually or in combination with each other, and are therefore ideal for a holiday with family, friends and acquaintances. All the apartments are completely independent with separate bedrooms, cooking facilities and a bathroom. Satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are provided.
As already mentions, each apartment has an outdoor area, either a private balcony, or on the ground floor there is a roofed terrace instand, with access to the green garden planted with palm trees. All guests can use a grill area.
It is just 100 metres to the sea, with a concrete and pebbled beach, and 2km to a picturesque sandy beach. It is 300 metres to the nearest grocery shop. The island of Vir is one of around 300 islands and islets in the Zadar archipelago. It is worth going on a day trip to Zadar just 30km away. The locality and the island have a wide range of gastronomy, various sports and leisure facilities, and of course beautiful beaches, such as the popular main beach, Jadro.

This comfortably furnished and attractively designed apartment is on the second floor and provides 138m² of living space. It has four separate bedrooms, with a total of three double beds (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm), an extensive and central living room and kitchen-diner, a bathroom with a WC and shower cubicle, a guest WC with a washing machine, and three spacious balcony terraces. Owing to the sloped ceilings under the roof in some rooms, the interior appears larger. Each bedroom also has a wardrobe with ample storage space for your luggage. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living room-kitchen, a central walk-through room. You can relax on two comfortable leather sofas, a two-seater and a three-seater, after a day trip, and it also provides a coffee table, display cabinet and bar, and satellite TV. There is an external door out onto the furnished balcony, so you can also spend the evening outdoors with a refreshing drink. In the front part of the room there is the open built-in kitchen, allowing extensive and convenient self-catering with a four-ring hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine.
