Holiday House in Vir with Mediterranean Garden

This is a newly renovated, comfortably furnished holiday house with a fenced garden and its own garage, within walking distance of the town and the beach. The holiday accommodation is quietly situated in a popular residential district with many holiday residences, on the island of Vir, in the north-western part of the Dalmatian region.

The 410m² site has a well-tended Mediterranean garden with many palm trees. There is a long dining table for dining together sociably under a gazebo with a pointed roof. A fireplace grill is available at the end of the dining table. The garden is fenced and enclosed by a wall. There is a garage with a car parking space at the end of the driveway.

The very elegantly and comfortably furnished house was built in 1997 and renovated in 2015. The interior provides 98m² of living space on two floors. The upper floor has two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, while the ground floor has two further separate bedrooms, a living room-kitchen and a shower room. All the bedrooms provide a generous box spring bed measuring 180 x 200cm. The first bedroom upstairs also has an elongated window front and a wall cupboard with a flatscreen TV. The upstairs bathroom has a corner bath with a shower attachment, a window, washbasin and cupboard with a mirror, and a hairdryer. The living room-kitchen on the ground floor also has a modern, open cooking area with a built-in kitchen unit and an integrated dining table. You can enjoy convenient and extensive self-catering with the illuminated worktops, a four-zone ceramic hob with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and small electric appliances such as a microwave and coffee machine. The high dining table can be used as an additional worktop or as a breakfast bar in the morning. You can also dine on the roofed terrace. Four people can relax on the suite in the living room in the evening, with a flatscreen TV with satellite channels providing entertainment. The shower room on the ground floor has a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, a window and a washing machine. Free wireless internet access and air conditioning are provided.

It is just 300 metres to the seaside to a concrete and pebbled beach and there is a picturesque sandy beach 1800 metres away. It is 300 metres into the town centre with shops, cafés and restaurants. The island of Vir is part of the Zadar archipelago with around 300 islands and islets. It is worth going on a day trip to Zadar just 30km away. The locality and the island offer a range of gastronomy, sports and leisure facilities and of course beautiful beaches, such as the popular main beach Jadro.
