Donna Lavinia a Cinecittà welcomes up to four guests with the option of an additional bed upon request, catering perfectly to families, business travelers, or anyone seeking a memorable Roman holiday. The accommodation provides ample space and privacy in a setting designed for complete independence. The recently refurbished 75sqm apartment is situated on the third floor (with elevator access) of a five-story building and features two bedrooms—one double and one twin—alongside a spacious living room with a balcony that invites relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with laundry facilities add to the comfort of your stay. Amenities are plentiful and include modern conveniences such as a TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer, microwave oven, ventilated electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, American coffee maker/filter, electric broom, plus heating and air conditioning systems.

Just 200 metres from the house there are the vibrant street Via Tuscolana, the shopping street Via del Cinema, and the Lucio Sesto metro station, with connections in just a few minutes to the sights in Rome. The district is rich in old history and owing to the proximity to the Ciampino military airport there are also modern trains.
