The 33 m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building, where the owner lives as well. The house is located on a road with little through traffic at the centre of Seville. The flat was last renovated in 2012.
A small entrance area leads into the living/dining room with an open plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a digital television, a sofa bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and a small dining table. From here, a narrow wooden staircase leads to a gallery with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m). The separate kitchen offers a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. There is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer and a sink and a washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Towels, dish towels and bedding are supplied.
On the top floor of the house is a communally used roof terrace with seating arrangements. A parking space is available upon request. Pets are not permitted.
