This holiday house is on a picturesque elevation with a view of the sea. You can enjoy both a holiday in the countryside and a beach holiday. The house is high above the Salento coast, but just a few minutes from Tricase Porto bay, affording picturesque views of the countryside and the coast, with few comparable viewpoints. The house is surrounded by olive trees, rosemary bushes, colourful flowers, fig trees and grape vines. A tree-lined road leads to the house, through a security gate and the big garden.
The house has two big and light bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A big living room with a fireplace invites you to relax in the evenings and the well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Each room has air conditioning, ensuring pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days. Bed linen, a hairdryer and a washing machine are also provided.
There is a big shaded veranda with a view of the sea and seating, inviting you to dine outdoors. You can grill on the big terrace in the garden. There is also parking space on the enclosed site.

There are many pizzerias, restaurants and cocktail bars in Mamma li Turchi and in Bolina there is a restaurant and bar with a view of the harbour. Tricase is just 3km away, with many events and historical sites to visit.
