The detached holiday home with a private courtyard and patio is situated in a quiet hillside with gorgeous mountain views. It is located in Loma de Albuñuelas, at the heart of the Valle de Lecrín. Loma de Albuñuelas is a privileged and quiet town. The tranquillity is only interrupted by animal noises and delivery drivers arriving with fresh bread, fresh fish from Motril, fruit and vegetables.
The house also has a private courtyard with a small pool, which is not suitable for swimming, but ideal for cooling off. The adjacent patio, partially covered by a vine, is furnished with a table and chairs. Pets are not permitted.
The house accommodates up to seven people on 140 m² on three floors. The top floor boasts a double bedroom (1.35 m x 1.90m) with a ceiling fan, a wardrobe and a shelve and a bathroom with a bathtub.
