The 8,000 m² property is an oasis as it is situated outside of the town of Pollença, surrounded by green olive groves and with views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. This detached 240 m² holiday home is located only 1 km from Pollença's historic town centre, making it an ideal property if you are looking for peace and quiet, but also enjoy being close to town.
The holiday house offers three air conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds (1.40 m x 1.90 m and 1.35 m x 1.90m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with a shower tub, a toilet and a sink. The spacious kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. The living room is furnished with a sectional, which surrounds the fireplace and the satellite flat screen television. There is also a stereo with a CD player and radio.
