This family-run house with several holiday apartments is just 500 metres from the sea and 600 metres from the centre of Novalja, so not more than a five-minute walk. The quiet surroundings, the Mediterranean vegetation, pristine nature and crystal clear Adriatic Sea make the apartments a perfect place to relax.
All the apartments have a TV and air conditioning in the living room. Each apartment has a furnished balcony. Guest parking spaces are available next to the house. There is no Internet access.
All the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay, such as the beach, restaurants, shops and banks, are near the house. It is just 250 metres to the nearest shop and restaurant.

This 50m² apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate four to five people. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160 x 020cm). The two bathrooms have a shower and WC. A hairdryer is also available. The living room-kitchen has a sofa bed (100 x 180cm) for a further person. The dining table with four chairs is in the middle of the room. Next to it there is a TV on a dresser. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor fan and sink.
