The apartment with modern furnishing and fittings is on the ground floor of the two-family house, on a quiet side street. It is accessed through its own entrance.
Outside there is a private seating area with garden furniture and a private car parking space. The owner lives on the first floor and attic of the same house. There is a well-stocked supermarket about 500 metres away.
The comfortable apartment of 105m² can accommodate up to six people. It was comprehensively renovated in spring 2015 and completely newly furnished. It has two big bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200cm). Two further people can sleep on a comfortable sofa in the living room, which can be converted into a double bed (140 x 200cm). This light and inviting room also has an open fireplace and a TV for cosy hours. The kitchen is new and equipped with everything you need for cooking. The separate dining room is generous, with space for six people on the benches and chairs around the table. The bathroom is also modern, with a corner bath with a shower, a washbasin and WC.
