Cosy holiday house in a spa town, with three independent units, ideal for acquainted families or groups
This is a holiday house with three independent residential units and an extensive site, on the outskirts of the quiet spa town of Bad Saarow with an attractive landscape. Apart from the house there is only a single apartment, so you can benefit from a detached location and enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The modern house newly built in 2009 comprises a ground floor and an upper floor with a total of three residential units for a group of up to 12 people. The fourth unit has a separate entrance and does not belong to the house. The living space of 142m² is spread between the ground floor and first floor of the generous house and provides four bedrooms, two living rooms-bedrooms with two open kitchens and three bathrooms. There is a third little cooking facility in the hallway on the upper floor. The ground floor is barrier-free. All four bedrooms are on the upper floor. Various amenities include two plasma TVs, a CD and DVD player, UMTS Internet access, two fully-equipped, modern kitchens and a bath with a whirlpool function.
Unit 1
You go up the stairs and through a door to the first unit on the left side on the upper floor. It comprises a living room-bedroom with excellent cooking facilities, serving as a walk-through room to the bedroom and bathroom. You step inside directly into the open, fully-equipped kitchen with a four-zone hob with an oven, a dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and all other appliances, glasses and crockery for self-catering. There is a dining table next to it with four chairs. You go past a generous wardrobe to the living room area on the other side of the room, with two single sofa beds (90 x 200cm) that serve as comfortable seating and as beds, with a flatscreen TV providing entertainment. An external door leads out onto a balcony, allowing plenty of daylight into this area with its exposed roof beams in a natural wood colour, exuding a homely atmosphere. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with two separate mattresses. There is another balcony on the other side, opposite the first, to the right next to the bedroom. The shower room is fitted with a glass shower cubicle, a WC, a washbasin and a window.
Unit 2
The second unit is in the other part of the upper floor, which is open towards the stairwell. The second, third and fourth bedroom, as well as the generous bathroom with a whirlpool bath, branch of the hallway with an integrated cooking niche. The second bedroom has a double bed with one large mattress (160 x 200cm), a double-door wardrobe and a floor-to-ceiling window with an extensive view over the green site. Next to it there is the third bedroom with a bunk bed with two mattresses (90 x 200cm) for two children or one adult, max. 60kg. The fourth bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm). A little TV provides evening entertainment here. A folding table can be folded out if required. The cooking niche is equipped with two cooking rings, a mini fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, for preparing a sumptuous breakfast and other meals. The absolute highlight is the bathroom with a generous shower cubicle, two windows, a bath with a whirlpool function, a WC and a glass washbasin.

The ground-level unit provides generous rooms and plenty of space for sociable gatherings. The 40m² living room has a comfortable suite for six people in front of the plasma TV and the exit to the terrace. It can be converted into a sofa bed (160 x 200cm). Behind it there is a double bed with a large mattress (140 x 200cm). The room features a central fireplace for cosy warmth during the cold season. Six people can dine at the dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen is similar to that in the first unit. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a window, a washbasin and a WC.
The large windows in the house afford an extensive view of the 1000m² green garden, where you can have breakfast, grill or simply relax in the sun in summer. Garden furniture is provided. Children will enjoy the large lawn for playing and a grill is provided for a grill evening. There are three car parking spaces on site.
It is just a few minutes’ walk to grocery shops about a kilometre away. Bad Saarow (2km) offers a wealth of cultural and recreational amenities, such as a theatre, restaurants, cafés and bars. You can go fishing or sailing at the nearby lake (800m). The well-known Saarow thermal baths offer a sauna, a salt water swimming pool and various wellness treatments. You can go riding in the beautiful surroundings. The public park invites you to go for a stroll.
