This holiday apartment was renovated and luxuriously furnished in February 2015. It is in a beautiful residential house with a lift, on the second floor and with video surveillance. The apartment itself can accommodate up to six people. It is fully-equipped and provides all the necessary amenities.
This apartment boasts two water beds (245 x 245cm and 220 x 210cm). The living room provides a comfortable leather sofa (245 x 151cm). The two big TVs have a Dolby Surround 5.1 system with a 3D Blu-ray player. The 55” 3D TV also has a Playstation 3 and there is a Nintendo Wii. A washing machine-dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an American-style fridge-freezer, a built-in stove with a pyrolysis function and an induction hob and a designer cooker hood round off the luxurious kitchen fittings. The bathroom has a shower temple with an integrated bath.
The apartment is only about a five-minute walk from the other apartment (no. 884878) belonging to the same owner, allowing up to 11 people to be accommodated.
It is in a very central and quiet location, with tram and metro stops, as well as shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
