Welcome to this stunning country house with pool for 6 people, located in a quiet area in the heart of Mallorca.
The house has solar panels that allow the transformation of solar energy into electricity for domestic use.This charming two-storey house of 160 m2 offers 3 bedrooms (one is downstairs and other two are on the first floor) which is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the other has two twin beds. Both bathrooms come with shower, one of them en-suite.
A cozy atmosphere is noticeable in every room. In the living room you can rest yourself on a comfortable sofa watching satellite TV or reading a book. Living room and dining room share the same room and provide sufficient space to have meals at the table or to relax on the sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils: toaster, oven, stove, cutlery and refrigerator with freezer. Obviously there are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will find a parking space for your car in the yard.
The exterior areas are beautiful: enjoy the sun on the terrace or prepare a barbecue. A 9 x 5m-sized pool tempts to submerge in a fresh chlorinated water. The terrace of 120m2 is furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people. You will find also hammocks for sunbathe and relax.
The location of the house is close to Inca which is situated in the center of Mallorca. That gives you an advantage to get to any corner of the island in a reasonable time. The area is rural and mostly inhabited by the Majorcans. In Inca you will find everything one needs to spend a fabulous vacation: supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and restaurants. Manacor, the hometown of Rafa Nadal, is also close and has beside its famous pearl factories lots of shops.
In just 35 minutes’ drive you reach Ses Cassettes and Capellans Ca'n Picafort. Have a great day on the sandy beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In this area you will find good restaurants to eat paella or sea food. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is a lively area compared to quiet Playa de Muro. Nearby are also towns of Puerto de Alcudia and Pollensa.
