Bright holiday villa with modern furnishings, a private pool and a large garden, only a few minutes from the beach
The detached villa, built in the year 2013, is located in a residential neighbourhood outside of the town centre of Alcudia, near the coast. The house can accommodate up to ten people on 220 m², spread over two floors. It is ideal for families with children.
The highlight of the property is the refreshing pool with a ladder and the partially covered patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The 500 m² property is planted with local plants and palm trees. A barbecue is also at your disposal.
The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a flat screen television with satellite reception and a DVD player and is located on the ground floor. Integrated into the living room, is the modern, open plan kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with an additional dining table, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and a naturally lit bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet. The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (0.90 x 1.90 m). It is only 80 meters to the Mediterranean and the sandy beach. Easily accessible on foot. It is about 800 meters into the town centre of Alcudia. Alcudia is well-known for its old town and its Mallorquin restaurants. We recommend a visit to the weekly Sunday market. It is about 3 km by car to Pollença, where you will find more restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife.
