This 50 m², bright holiday flat is located on the third floor of a five storey apartment building with elevator in the popular Victoria neighbourhood. The building was built in 2014 and is equipped with high end furnishings. It is only a few minutes' walk to the old town of Malaga, making this an ideal property for a city trip.
Parking is available about 500 meters from the property. There is also a metered, public parking area (400 meters).
The interior of the apartment is modern and light in colour. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90m) and a built in closet and the adjacent bathroom has a shower tub, a sink, a toilet and a hair dryer. A small hallway grants access to the modernly furnished living room with a sofa, a flat screen television with a USB connection and a small dining table.
