This spacious 120m² maisonette apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Athens, right at the heart of the Mediterranean metropolis. The safe and quiet Plaka district is one of the oldest districts at the foot of the Acropolis, which is just a short walk from the apartment.
The holiday apartment flooded with daylight is on the top floor of a four-storey townhouse with a lift. It is spread over two floors and provides a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms and two very modern bathrooms. The three bedrooms on the lower floor each have a double bed and one also has an additional single bed for a child. The two bathrooms each provide a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror and a toilet. One also has a washing machine. Wide stairs lead up to the gallery, with an air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room with two comfortable sofas and a matching armchair, a glass coffee table, a flatscreen TV and a dining table with six chairs. A breakfast bar separates the dining space from the white built-in kitchen with a four-zone electric stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
