The house is on a side street, about 1km from the town centre.
The house is an original farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2014 and that provides all the necessary comfort. The living space of around 120m² is spread over two floors. The attic has two bedrooms each of 20m² with double beds (180 x 200cm), a shower-WC and a living room. The ground floor has another bedroom (20m²) with a sofa (sleeping surface 150 x 200cm), a living room with a tiled fireplace stove, satellite TV, a CD player/radio, books, a dining room (providing crockery, cutlery, glasses and other tableware), and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other necessary utensils. There is also another bathroom with a bath and a separate WC. There is an entrance and cloakroom area. The house has under-floor heating and wall heating.
