You can swim in Lourmarin (12km) or to a beach on the Durance (15km).

RIT: When you come from the North (A1), take exit Avignon Sud and continue towards Apt. After 30 minutes drive you will see right Bonnieux situated on the hillside of the Luberon. Above adorns the tower of la Vieille Eglise La vieille ville, where the cottage is located. You cross the village zig-zag up. Breathtaking view of the Mont Ventoux. Continue driving until Rue de la République 44. The house is the last house on the right. Free parking next to the house on the Place Ferry.

    „Ausstattung: Diese ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend.
    Lage: Bonnieux liegt geographisch schön gelegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Dorfrand an einer am Tag stark befahrenen Straße die durch eine, vor der Wohnung angebrachten Lichtsignalanlage, geregelt wird.
    Unmittelbar neben der Wohnung befindet sich eine kleine Deponie gefolgt von zahlreichen gratis Parkplätzen.
    Jeden Abend geht das Ringen um diese wenigen Parkplätze wieder von Neuem los.
    Unter der Wohnung (Stadtmauer) befinden sich weitere Parkplätze die fast permanent belegt sind.
    Wenige Gehminuten vor der Wohnung befindet sich ein grosser Parkplatz der immer freie Parkplätze aufwies.
    Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.
    Lärm: Als einzige störende Kritik ist das auf dem Sitzplatz befindliche Strom/Trafohaus der Gemeinde Bonnieux. Dieses Gebäude weist unmittelbar beim Garten Tisch ein großes Abluftgitter auf, aus dem ein permanentes lautes, nervendes Brummen und Surren zu hören ist. Wir haben ein paar große Kartonschachteln direkt vor den Lüftungsschacht gestellt. Diese konnten den Lärm etwas mindern. Dieses Brummen und Surren ist in der Nacht bis in das oberste Schlafzimmer zu hören.
    Preiswürdigkeit: In Anbetracht, dass in dieser Wohnung kein WIFI angeboten wird, zur Wohnung kein Parkplatz gehört und der permanente Lärm aus dem Trafohaus vorliegt, ist die Wohnung zu teuer. Nur die schöne Aussicht und der Standort im wunderschönen Dorf Bonnieux alleine rechtfertigen den Preis nicht.”

    „Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus ist die Einrichtung individuell und begeistert die Gäste. Alleine das Schlafzimmer mit rundem Bett im rechteckigen Zimmer ist eine Empfehlung wert. Man ist durch die Lage praktisch mitten im Geschehen.

    Im Bad in der ersten Etage verbreitet sich ein unangenehmer Geruch (erinnert an einen Kanal), der auch durch alle möglichen Abdichtungen nicht abzustellen ist. Das ist für mich der wesentliche Grund für den Punktabzug. Im Haus gibt es viele Stufen, die man auch schon einmal übersieht, was zu (gefährlichen) Stürzen führen kann. Das Haus ist für fülligere Personen auf Grund der schmalen Türöffnungen (in der 2. Etage zum Bad 40 cm) nicht geeignet.Es ist wegen des Autoverkehrs und wegen der benachbarten Müllsammelstelle nicht leise. Die Suche nach einem Parkplatz in der Nähe ist mühsam.”
