Generous holiday apartment near the beach, ideal for your family holiday in Tuscany
The apartment is 300 metres from the Marina di Bibbona beach, just a few minutes’ walk away. The area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for families.
The apartment is on the first floor of a very attractive residential complex with a big garden. The living space is all on one floor. You enter the apartment into the kitchen, equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave and all the necessary crockery, glasses, cutlery and cookware. Next to it there is the spacious and light living room, with a table, a sofa and a TV. There is also a big basket with toys for children.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a big cupboard and a view out onto the terrace, and a second bedroom with two bunk beds. From here you can access a small terrace overlooking the garden. A cot can be set up in the second bedroom if required. A supplementary bed for an adult can be added to the second bedroom or to the living room. The bathroom was renovated in 2012 and has a washbasin, WC, bidet and a big bath.
The living room opens onto a big terrace with a view of the pine forest of the residence. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and two armchairs, so you can spend pleasant evenings there in the cool, fresh air.
In the shared outdoor area there is a supervised pool with a sun lounging area with parasols, loungers and deckchairs. In front of the residence there are two big, free parking spaces.
In front of the complex you can find a couple of shops, a grocery shop, a good bar, an icecream counter, restaurants, a pizzeria and a grill restaurant. The accommodation is in a very convenient location, as it is not far from the most beautiful beaches in Tuscany, just a short drive away. Near Bibbona there are several well-known villages that are typical of the region, such as Castellina Marittima and Bolgheri.
