This light and spacious holiday apartment is on the second floor of a residential building in the centre of Realmonte.
It provides a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard appliances such as a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. The living room provides plenty of space to relax on the two leather sofas or to enjoy meals together at the dining table. The total of five beds in the two bedrooms comprises a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a bunk bed (each 80 x 190cm). The fifth is a single bed (80 x 190cm) that can be pulled out from under the bunk bed if required. The two bathrooms have a refreshing shower and a relaxing bath. The bedrooms have air conditioning and the kitchen has a ceiling fan, to ensure pleasant temperatures in the apartment on hotter days. For cooler days, there is heating in all rooms. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and wireless Internet access, which can fluctuate occasionally, as the router is on the ground floor of the building.
The bedrooms, the kitchen and living room provide access to the balconies. Please note that garden furniture is not provided. When arriving by car, it can be parked on the reserved parking space in front of the residential building.
Owing to the central location of the holiday apartment, there are public transport connections (about 200 m) and a restaurant (about 100m) in the immediate vicinity, as well as a supermarket (about 50 m). If you need more than one parkin space, there are free public parking spaces about 100 metres away. It is about 15km to the nearest train station and about 100km to the airport in Trapani. Palermo airport is about 140km away.
