Wonderful Holiday House in Bad Ischl with Private Parking and Wonderful View
This detached wooden house is on a scattered settlement, quietly situated on a side street with little traffic in Aigen-Voglhub, between Strobl and Bad Ischl. The nearby Nussensee is just 900 metres away.
The ground floor of around 59m² comprises a living room with a fireplace stove, a flatscreen TV and a sofa bed, with two bedrooms next to it with natural wood furniture and double beds (160 x 200cm), a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and coffee machine, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower and WC. As the ceiling is very high, another level was created with a second double bedroom. The sleeping gallery is accessed up a ladder and up to four people can sleep there. The second WC is in the sauna hut, right next to the house.
The big terrace with a glass roof affords a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The selectively shaded terrace provides garden furniture, parasols and several loungers. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. An outdoor spring and grill area are also provided. There is parking space for up to three cars.
Additional services, such as the sauna, outdoor toilet, laundry service, landline or mobile phone, childcare or care of pets, taxi service, airport or train station transfers, sports equipment hire (canoe, bicycle, skis etc.) are to be arranged in advance. The owner offers a collection service from Salzburg airport (40km away) or the Bad Ischl train station (6km away).
The nearby Nussensee is just 900 metres away. There is a good restaurant 500 metres away. The Spar grocery shop is 250 metres away. All the ski resorts within the Salzkammergut are within 30 minutes by car.
