The holiday apartments are part of a villa, a true oasis of tranquillity and relaxation near Palermo. It enjoys a magnificent panoramic location between the Gulfs of Palermo and Cefalù, by the Monte Catalfano nature reserve and the Solunto archaeological excavations.

The villa welcomes its guests in four elegant suites: three three-room apartments and a two-room apartment (a further two-room apartment is not available to let). They are fully equipped, air conditioned, soundproofed and have wireless Internet access. The villa consists of a main building and two annexes, of which one houses the three-room apartments and the second the two-room apartments. The villa was built at the beginning of the previous century and is the seat of the Istituto Internazionale Studi Avanzati di Scienze della Rappresentazione dello Spazio (International Institute For Advanced Studies Of Space Representation Sciences). In the centre of S. Flavia, which is just 200 metres away, one can find shops and services. You can go on boat trips to the Aeolian Islands, as well as fishing trips. Nearby there are the coastal resorts of S. Eli, Porticello and Aspro, where you can sample fresh fish and other local dishes. It is 30 minutes by car to Palermo, the famous Mondello beach, the little town of Monreale, as well as the little medieval town of Cefalù.
