A villa as a holiday home is on offer here. It is located in a quiet and airy position, just 200 metres from the sandy beach.
It can accommodate up to six people and offers three beautiful rooms, all of which have a ceiling fan. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with WC are available as is a large living room with a fireplace and heating. An extra bed can be ordered. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking.
Outside, there is a garden with an outdoor shower, a grill, table tennis and a garage at your disposal.
There are grocery stores, a bar and a pharmacy nearby. Castellammare del Golfo is only two kilometres away, while Alcamo is five kilometres away. There is a five-kilometre-long sandy beach here and other hospitable beaches. The nature reserve of Monte Bonifato and lo Zingaro are also nearby as are the thermal springs and the towns of Segesta, Selinunte, Marsala, Mozia and Palermo. Touristic and food/ wine attractions can be found in San Vito Lo Capo and Erice. The Isole Egadi are also nearby. The Palermo and Trapani airports are each about 50 kilometres away.
