Holiday house with a pool, a large garden and a wonderful view, at the foot of the Ucka mountain
This holiday house with a pool is on a 5000m² plot of land somewhat outside the little village of Kozljak, at the foot of the Ucka mountain. The rear garden stretches as far as the mountain slopes. From the house you can enjoy unforgettable views over Istria and Kvarner Bay. The property is accessed via a small access road that leads directly into the extensive garden.
The 100m² two-storey house can accommodate five people. Stone stairs with a few steps lead to the entrance door. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. The small hallway links the kitchen to a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. One of the two bedrooms on the ground floor has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and looks out onto the garden. On the upper floor there is the living room with air conditioning, a TV, DVD player and comfortable sofa. You access the second bedroom from the living room. It provides a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). Next to it there is the second bathroom with a shower and WC.
To the rear of the house there is a roofed terrace with a brick-built grill and a large wooden table, where you can enjoy meals outdoors. In the garden behind the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in and around the 8 x 4m pool. The pool area provides a furnished terrace and sun loungers. For those who prefer more shade, the garden area to the side of the house is ideal for relaxing. From the whole garden you can enjoy fantastic views of the Ucka mountain. The tranquillity of nature is only interrupted by the twittering of birds and the light breeze blowing from the mountain. Two parking spaces are available by the house.
The rear garden provides direct access to the mountain slopes which offer beautiful hiking trails. It is a five-minute drive to Vozilici, where there are shops and two good restaurants, “Tri Murve” and “Antonio”. There are excellent fish restaurants and many bars and cake shops in Rabac twenty minutes away. Terraces by the sea, cafés and shops invite you to stroll. There is plenty of entertainment for all ages, such as live music or an outdoor disco at the famous Girandella beach. You can hire a boat, go on trips to the islands or take a fast boat to Venice. There are more shops, good restaurants and a fish, fruit and vegetable market in the mountain village of Labin with its charming little alleyways. Labin is a centre for the arts and various jazz and classical concerts are held here in summer. Every second Wednesday there is a market where you can buy regional products.
