This holiday house is in Hummelgau, one of the pristine and most charming natural landscapes in Bavaria. It is not far from the festival and university town of Bayreuth and the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. The region is for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, canoeists, cavers and climbers. Families can enjoy a well-priced holiday and gather a wealth of experiences. The world is still a happy place here and offers attractive prices. The nature regions of the Fichtel Mountains and the Franken Forest, as well as Nürnberg and the world cultural heritage town of Bamberg are also nearby. This holiday house is a romantic gallery apartment with around 55m2 of living space, in a detached house, without direct neighbours, with a separate entrance. The house was newly built in 2013 according to the latest energy-efficiency and allergy standards. It offers a tasteful and classy interior, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and gallery. The gallery apartment has conventional heating, under-floor heating, a fireplace and infrared heating, of course also hot water. The open room layout, with a gallery, is suitable for up to four people. The ground floor has a garage and space to park bicycles, while the residential rooms are on the first and second floors. The walls feature traditional Franconian red, alongside natural regional woods. The open living and sleeping room on the first floor provides a sofa bed (140 x 200cm), a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a laptop with high-speed Internet access and a stereo system. The kitchen unit is equipped with a dining corner, an electric convection oven with a grill function, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge and a breakfast centre. The kitchen and dining corner are set up for six people. The living room has a canopy bed (180 x 200cm). The gallery has another double bed (180 x 200cm), accessed up a ladder from the open living room. The living and sleeping area in the gallery can be air-conditioned. The heated bathroom has an XL shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as an eco washing machine. The floor is tiled. Bed linen and towels are provided. It is a non-smoking house. The location is ideal as an intermediate stop for those travelling through, conveniently situated by the A9 motorway Berlin-Munich, about five kilometres.
