This wonderfully decorated penthouse apartment is in an elevated location, just a few minutes’ walk from Marsaskala bay.
The living room opens onto the terrace with wooden tables, four chairs, a barbecue and two loungers. It is ideal for relaxing and for dining.
The apartment comprises an open living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, with all the basics along with a washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Six people can sit at the dining table. The kitchen area has an adjoining living room with a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, cable TV and a DVD player. From the sofas you can look out through a big window front at the surrounding landscape. The parents’ bedroom has a double bed (140 x 192cm), a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning and a hairdryer. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (80 x 192cm) and air conditioning. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed size (80cm x 192 cm). There is a little bathroom next to it with a shower. The living room provides access to the big bathroom.
Marsaskala is a nice authentic town with a laid-back atmosphere. Cafes, bars and restaurants are plenty and the harbour area, with its wide promenade, offers a fantastic venue for quiet strolls by the water.
The nearby beaches of St Thomas Bay and St Peter’s Pool also attract many swimmers. There are some historical towers worth a visit. Also chapels and salt pans that might be interesting. Overall, however, this is a village where one goes to relax.
It’s a good and quieter alternative to avoid the hustle and bustle of busy tourist resorts and ideal for guests looking for a quiet holiday by the sea.
Although it is not too far from the center, the locality of Marsascala is relatively quiet This
location is minutes away from the capital city Valletta, Victoriosa, Cospicua, Senglea and
Marsaxlokk. There is a direct bus service to these locations while other locations can be reached by
changing buses at the airport or at Valletta. The public transport is quite efficient and relatively
cheap.
Ta` Rosi is also about 15 minutes walk away from St Thomas Bay and the surrounding beautiful area of
Munxar. Within a few metres, you will find yourself within this beautiful heaven.
