Apartment with a great view of the harbour
This apartment is in an elevated location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Marsaskala bay.
The living room opens onto the terrace with a view of Marsaskala harbour. From here you can watch the sunrise, the fishermen or the people strolling on the promenade. The second terrace is accessed from the bedroom and provides terrace furniture and a barbecue.
The apartment consists of an open living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, providing all the basics along with a washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Four people can sit at the dining table. The kitchen area has an adjoining living room with a sofa (sofa bed for one person), cable TV and a DVD player. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 192cm), a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, a hairdryer and a big glass door, affording a view out towards the inland area. The bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
Although it is not too far from the centre, the locality of Marsascala is relatively quiet. This location is minutes away from the capital city Valletta, Victoriosa, Cospicua, Senglea and Marsaxlokk. There is a direct bus service to these locations while other locations can be reached by changing buses at the airport or at Valletta. The public transport is quite efficient and relatively cheap.
The penthouse is also about 15 minutes walk away from St Thomas Bay and the surrounding beautiful area of Munxar. Within a few metres, you will find yourself within this beautiful heaven.
Families with toddlers can borrow a cot or highchair on request. The apartment has an interior of a high standard and you will feel comfortable here.
