Holiday apartment with a very modern interior, in the middle of town
This is an absolutely quiet apartment facing the courtyard, by the famous Spittelberg (artists’ quarter, Christmas market…), Neubaugasse and the largest shopping street in Austria, Mariahilfer Strasse.
The apartment with 60m² of living space is on the second floor and provides ample space for three people. The house is about to be fitted with a lift. The apartment is very modern with an inviting interior and has a bedroom with a big double bed (180 x 200cm), an alarm clock and an orthopaedic Latex mattress with an adjustable wooden frame, a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200cm), a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a multimedia player, free wireless Internet access and an iMac computer. The kitchen is fully-equipped for at least three people, including an espresso machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, free tea and coffee, an electric hob, fridge, microwave and kitchen radio. The bathroom is light and comprises a washing machine, steam iron, ironing board, hairdryer, digital scales and a separate WC. For security, a safe with an electronic lock, a magnetic safety cylinder, an additional security lock are provided.
The owner can provide two bicycles for use free of charge, for exploring the city. If you do not wish to self-cater then there is a very cosy little Viennese café just opposite where you can get breakfast, open from 7.00 to 19.00. Please do not listen to loud music or make noise after 10pm, as it is a residential house with neighbours. It is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted in the corridor in front of the door with the window open. The owner does not request a cleaning fee, so in the interests of fairness you are requested to leave the apartment as you found it. A garage can be rented optionally.
It is only one stop from the west train station, with perfect connections also to the airport. The 1st district is within walking distance. There are countless restaurants around the apartment. It is just five minutes from the Zieglergasse U3 underground stop and right next to tram line 49. It is a perfect starting point in the midst of the city for all your activities and trips, whether it is culture, concerts, theatre, sightseeing, shopping, or simply visiting a traditional Viennese café or restaurant, an evening visit to a chic cocktail bar or the trendiest clubs in the city. Everything is within easy access on foot, by bike or by underground.
