The holiday apartments are in a private residential house within walking distance of the centre of the small village called Trarego Viggiona, which lies at 771 metres above sea level. The village is characterised by narrow alleyways and steps with stone paving. There are romantic corners, old houses and renovated villas, surrounded by the green and flat landscape.
The independent holiday apartments are next to each other on the second floor of the house. They are light with a friendly décor, with particular importance attached to comfort. The use of the shared laundry room is included. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartments have heating, so you can stay outside of the summer season which has a special charm at Lago Maggiore.
The terraces of the apartments look out over the private garden, for the exclusive use of holiday guests and where one can dine outdoors. There is one parking space per apartment on site.
The owners are usually around and available to assist with any queries. Information about trips and activities during your stay is available.
The house the apartments are part of is next to a children’s playground, just a few metres from a grocery shop. There are restaurants and a pizzeria about 1.5km away. The bus stop is just 200 metres away. There are supermarkets and all kinds of shops within a few kilometres. The valleys and hills in the surroundings offer thousands of walking and hiking possibilities of all difficulty levels. It is just a couple of kilometres to serviced beaches, swimming pools and other lakes. There are many villages in the area that are worth a visit, whether it is on the Italian or the Swiss side.

The apartment is ideal for a couple, perhaps with a child. It was renovated in 2013/14. It has an entrance area and a bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The living room-kitchen with a new built-in kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine. It also has a dining table and a sofa. The bedroom is very spacious and furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm). Owing to the size of the room, it is possible to add a single bed (80 x 190cm) for a third guest. This room opens onto the terrace.
The roofed terrace of around 10m² is private and independent and affords a wonderful view of the lake.
