Apartment on a modern complex with two balconies and a wonderful view
This new non-smoking apartment is part of a modern apartment complex in an elevated location in La Mudizza near Valledoria and offers a fantastic all-round sea view over the whole Valledoria bay from the two balconies.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is therefore ideal for an independent holiday. It has two balconies, a larger balcony on the sea side and a smaller one facing the mountain/sea. The apartment has a car parking space.
The non-smoking holiday apartment is on the second floor of the complex. The apartment of about 55m² has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.6 x 2m) and the other with a bunk bed (0.9 x 2m) and a wardrobe. A cot with bedding is available free of charge on request. The bathroom has a window with a lateral sea view, shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. In the combined living and dining room there is a brand new kitchen unit with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and complete sets of crockery and cutlery for six people. The living area has a pull-out sofa bed for two people (approx. 1.6 x 2m) and a flatscreen TV (80cm), a DVD player and a stereo system.
Valledoria bay has a 14-km-long, wonderful sandy beach with a dune landscape and the lagoon oft he Coghina River. La Mudizza has a supermarket, a stand with fresh fruit and vegetables, bars, restaurants and a small church. On our quiet residential road there is also a so-called agriturismo enterprise, where you can enjoy typical local meals. It is about 1km to the beach, either on foot through the beautiful nature, or by car and parking near the beach.
