The two bathrooms boast a shower, a hairdryer, a sink and a toilet each. The spacious living room is furnished with a dining table and a sofa bed (1.35 m x 2.00 m), a television with satellite reception and a fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine and an iron are also available. All rooms have air conditioning/heating. Wireless internet access is available, but due to the rural location sometimes not reliable.
The house sits on an enclosed property with a private pool and barbecue area in the garden. The partially covered, beautifully illuminated patio, is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun shade and sun loungers. A parking space is available on the property.
It is about 10 minutes (1 km) on foot to the beach and the ocean. Public transport is about 1 km from the property. A small shop with a very limited selection can also be found about 1 km from the property. It is about 18 km to the nearest larger town, Llucmajor, where you can find several shopping facilities. It is about 30 minutes/30 km to Palma and the airport.
