This 150 m² holiday home, painted white, is located in a quiet area in Cala Pi in southern Mallorca. It sits on a 650 m² property in a residential neighbourhood, making it an ideal property for a family vacation. The detached house was built in 1980 and last renovated in 2014.
The holiday house offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90), one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each) and the third one with two 1.00 x 2.00 meter mattresses, which can be combined to a double bed. The two bathrooms boast a shower, a hairdryer, a sink and a toilet each. The spacious living room is furnished with a dining table and a sofa bed (1.35 m x 2.00 m), a television with satellite reception and a fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine and an iron are also available. All rooms have air conditioning/heating. Wireless internet access is available, but due to the rural location sometimes not reliable.
The house sits on an enclosed property with a private pool and barbecue area in the garden. The partially covered, beautifully illuminated patio, is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun shade and sun loungers. A parking space is available on the property.
