On a large plot with views of the scenic Provancal area you will find this house with a covered terrace in front of the house. There are stairs down to the large plot with approx. 80 m² outdoor swimming pool ranging from 1.5 m - 2.5 m with plenty of room for swimming and playing or just relaxing and enjoying the summer. There are 3 bedrooms, spacious kitchen and a living room with dining area. Internet via modem. There is a fireplace for cool evenings. The bathroom has both tub and shower. There are shutters in front of all doors and windows, making it comfortable to sleep in the night. The garage has garden furniture, sun loungers etc. The Var area, home of the house, is known for having more than 300 sunny days per year. Light the gas grill and enjoy a dinner of fish or meat on the grill. The house is located just outside Villecroze between Draguignan and Aups in the grand nature with lush vineyards where you can find the wine just to your taste. The area also has a lot of olive and lavender fields. Take a trip to Tourtour, the famous old resort high in the mountains with a beautiful view of Provence. The town has small cosy streets and a large olive oil mill and a small tea shop where you can enjoy a cup either inside with the Monsieur and Madame or outdoors in the sun. The house has a central location for trips in the mountains or to e.g. Cotignac and Draguignan. Remember to take a trip to the cities down by the ocean e.g. St. Tropez, Cannes, Antibes and last but not least Nice. Optional bed linen EUR 15,- per person/week.
