The very friendly owners sometimes stay in the apartment Ulivo on the ground floor.

At guests’ disposal: large furnished lawn with floodlit swimming pool (5.5m x 13.5m, depth 1.20m – 2.40m, open 01/05-30/09) with spill-over edge and sun terrace (30m²) in panoramic position. Arrival between 4.30pm – 7.30pm!

Ground floor: kitchen (fridge 140lt, dishwasher, small electric/microwave oven) with dining area, small bathroom with shower (window).

First floor (no door): double bedroom. Equipped outdoor area, ideal for dining or for sunbathing.
