Spacious holiday home for the whole family with a large pool and a well at the house - ideal for a family vacation
This detached home is located in the building of a former 17th century mill. The house was last renovated in 2002 and can accommodate up to ten people on two floors. The house offers the perfect combination of tradition and comfort and its location makes it a unique property at the heart of Andalusia.
The house offers five bedrooms: two are furnished with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m) and the other three are furnished with two single beds (1.05 mx 1.90m). The two bathrooms each boast a shower tub or a shower, a sink and a toilet. The traditionally furnished kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a television with satellite reception. A washing machine and an iron are also available and two children's cots respectively baby beds can be supplied upon request.
Surrounding the house you will find several patios, some of them covered. The partially covered patio in the entrance area is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and a small table. At the side of the house you will find an additional patio with views of the adjacent well. Here you will find a basin with fresh, cold water from the well flowing to a stream. There is also a fenced in pool area (10 m x 5 m) furnished with sun loungers and sun shades, as well as an additional shaded patio with outdoor furniture. A barbecue and an outdoor kitchen are also available to our guests. A garage and car parking spaces are available at the house. The house - with exception of the pool area - is not fenced in and we ask you that if you are travelling with a pet, to keep an eye on it at all times.
The holiday home is at the heart of Andalusia and is the perfect base for exploring the sights and enjoying the activities the region has to offer. This includes culture in the surrounding cities and good meals in the traditional restaurants. Public transport, shopping and nightlife are about 3 km from the property. It is about 100 meters to a public pool. It is 60 km to a gold course and 3 km to aquatic sports facilities.
