Large holiday home furnished in a modern way with a large garden, pool and children’s play area for the whole family
The spacious and beautifully furnished holiday home has 350 m² of living space over two floors on a 1,100 m² property. It is located in beautiful surroundings with a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. The property is located in an exclusive residential complex in Valldemossa, a small mountain village in the Sierra de Tramuntana.
The holiday home is secured by an alarm system, is suitable for up to ten people and has five bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), one has a sofa bed for two people, one bedroom has a bunk bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m each) and the fifth bedroom has three single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m each). One of the bedrooms with a double bed also has a fireplace, a dressing room and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. All five rooms have windows overlooking the garden and the cliffs. There are also three bathrooms, all of which are equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. The spacious living room is divided into a living and dining area by a central fireplace, which provides warmth for cooler days. From this room, you have a great view of the pool area through the large windows to. The dining area has a table and six chairs for communal meals. The living room also has a sofa, a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils and a coffee machine.
