This pet friendly holiday home has 2-bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Situated near The Livigno Lake, it has a ski area nearby.

In the town center, shopping from the most famous brands can be done.The town center,general supplies and restaurants are at a distance of 100 m. Public transport is available at a distance of 200 m. The Ski Lift 20 is at a distance of 300 m.There is a public indoor swimming pool at a distance of 2 km. The ski bus stop is 50 meters away.

.The kitchen is fully equipped,large and modern. The living room and bedrooms are spacious and well furnished with a touch of elegance and originality.

Discount Ski Pass

We give a discount on ski passes of minimum 6 days, € 10,00 for adults and € 5.00 for junior and senior (junior: from 8 to 15 years - senior: from 65 years).

The discount will not be valid for:
- a family of 2 adults + 2 or more children as they already have a discount of 10%
- groups of 20 or more people because they are already entitled to a discount of 5%

    „The location of the house was great, neat in the center of Livigno, although not in the upper-class tourist part, close to skibusstops to different ski areas, close to restaurants, shops and supermarket. Walking to skilift is possible, although not in skishoes (take the bus).
    The house itself is alright, not too small, not too big. We stayed with 5 persons and it could feel a little bit crowded. The seating around the table wasn't very comfortable. A small kitchen with bare necessities, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Beds were incredibly hard, which is preferred over too soft, however, we are 40-something and more comfort is nice after a day working out on the mountain.
    The house was on the first floor, and had a very sunny balcony. We did not hear our neighbours (with child) and had no complains from them about us.
    All in all it was a nice place to stay, clean, simple and in a great location.”
