This former farmhouse, built in the 19th century was fully renovated. It is surrounded by a 4500 m² enclosed property with a private pool. It is located about 15 minutes on foot from Plogoff. The location is idyllic, close to the coast and near a street with little through traffic.
The three storey, 250 m² house offers plenty of room for six to seven people. On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining room with a fireplace. The television offers international channels and the house also has internet access. Additionally, there is a library with a sofa bed (100 x 190 cm). The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, a stove and a washing machine. Adjacent to the house, enclosed by a wall, is the large garden with a pool and lounge area. The pool is open from June 15th through September 30th. In front of the holiday house you will find a table and chairs. There are three parking spaces on the property.
The sea and coast are only a few minutes walk from the house. The coastal trails go all the way to Audierne and Kap Pointe du Raz. Naturally, you can enjoy aquatic sports and the beach here. A horse riding stable is about six minutes from the house. In Plogloff, you can find several shops and restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, a butcher, a cafe, a creperie and a pizzeria. The closest supermarket is located in Primelin, about 1.5 kilometres from the house.
