The holiday apartment is in Neustadt on the wine route, in the town centre. It is a self-contained, separate residential unit with its own entrance from the courtyard. The owner lives in the main building.
The apartment of around 50m² is on the ground floor and has a living room with a pull-out double sofa bed (160 x 200cm), a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a big kitchen-diner with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet, a guest WC with a urinal, and a little hallway. The bedroom and living room each have a TV with cable channels. Free Internet access is available. The whole apartment has under-floor heating.
There is a parking space in the courtyard that is closed off all day. If you bring a pet, note that the house has two cats.
Owing to the location near town, it is easy to visit the historical old town with a Gothic church, charmingly restored timber-framed houses and many street cafés, as well as restaurants. There is a shopping market 500 metres away.
