On the second floor, which has stairs leading up to it next to the living room, there are two bedrooms, of which one has a double bed (160 x 190cm), two bedside tables and a large wardrobe, and the other has two single beds (80 x 190cm). There is also the bathroom with WC and shower. The apartment has heating. It is only available to let in the summer.
From the living room on the first floor there is access to the large terrace of around 17m², furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol. Here you can dine or simply relax with a view of the piazza.
Next to the house you will find a small private parking space for your car.
The owner lives opposite, where there is also a grocery shop on the ground floor. The nearest beach at Lago di Ledro is about 4-5km away.
