The double bedroom offers ocean views and the other room grants views of the nearby pine forest. The daylighting illuminated bathroom boasts a shower tub, a sink, a washing machine and a toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa, facing the balcony and a small flat screen television, as well as a dining table.
