It is located in the small town of Cala Pi in southern Mallorca, about 45 km from the capitol Palma de Mallorca.The access house offers two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m each), the second one offers two single beds (0.90 mx 1.90 m). There is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. The small kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee maker. The living room boasts a fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a satellite television with a DVD player. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. A washing machine, an iron and free Wi-Fi are at your disposal.The house has a 28 m², covered patio which offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the beach. Nearby is a very quiet holiday resort and within a ten minute drive, you can reach the beach Playa d'Es Trenc. The beach and the ocean are only 2 minutes from the property.
