This detached 230 m² single family house is located in the Eastern Mallorquin coastal resort of Sa Coma. It was renovated in 2009 and less than five minutes on foot from the beach.
The holiday house offers four bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and the others with two single beds each (0.90 m x 2.00 m). Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with a shower tub; both have a sink and a toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a television with satellite reception and a fireplace. The bright kitchen, which boasts large windows and a dining area, is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. A crib and a high chair are available upon request. Towels and Bedding are supplied.
The fenced in property boasts a private pool surrounded by indigenous plants. Here you will also find the large, partially covered patio with outdoor furniture and views of the pond and a pool table. Additionally, there is a small play house for kids. The neighbouring garden is marked-off by a small hedge. Four car parking spaces are available.
