This beautiful detached holiday home is situated in the north of Lanzarote, directly by the sea and in a very quiet residential area of the island that has retained its original local character. It was built in 1989 with quality materials and completely renovated in 2006.
The spacious and bright house is located directly by the sea and offers space for up to four people on 90 m². There are two bedrooms, both of which are equipped with a double bed and bedside tables. One of the two also has a large built-in cupboard. There are two modern bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub and window, and the other with a shower. The large kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A dining table for communal meals is also at your disposal here. In addition, there is a spacious living room with a cosy corner sofa, digital TV and a DVD player. Free WLAN and a laundry room with a washing machine are also available to you during your stay.
From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture as well as a breathtaking view of the sea. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, in which there is also a pool available for your exclusive use. This is provided with a special coating to keep the water temperature at a constant level.
A small supermarket is located about 2 km away in the neighbouring village. A restaurant and public transport are 200 m away. A gravel beach can also be reached 200 m away, while the nearest sandy beach is about 800 metres away. A golf course and a tennis court can be found about 20 km away. The airport is about 31 km away by car.
