This house newly built in 2013 is in a quiet and green part of Istria, an ideal place for enjoying a quiet poolside holiday.
The living room has two doors out onto the terrace. Enjoy a grill evening in the roofed grill area with a big dining table near the 32m² pool, surrounded by a sun terrace and the ideal place to spend hot summer days. Enjoy complete privacy in 1600m² of secluded private property surronding the house by a stone wall 1.60m high. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs. There are only few houses in the immediate vicinity. The little village of Cabrunici is only a few hundred metres away. Cabrunici is about 14km from the sea and is between the historical towns of Vodnjan and St. Vincent, on the road to Pula. It is about 25km to Rovinj. Pula, with its Roman buildings, is 15km away, as is Pula airport. The nearest beach is in Fažana, where you can dive, fish, go jetskiing or simply laze.
There are only few houses in the immediate vicinity. The little village of Cabrunici is only a few hundred metres away. Cabrunici is about 14km from the sea and is between the historical towns of Vodnjan and St. Vincent, on the road to Pula. It is about 25km to Rovinj.
