This lovingly furnished bungalow with its tropical private garden in the sunspoilt south of Tenerife has living space of 70 sqm. The house is situated in a quiet residential complex, where locals and residents mainly live, about 1 km from Valle San Lorenzo in a beautiful, very quiet and well maintained urban area with lush tropical plants and palm trees. Here you will find what you want for a holiday in the south: Over 300 days of sunshine a year, about 350 rain-free days and a mild low-irritant climate, which lives up to Tenerife’s name as the “island of eternal spring”.
Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the holiday home via a narrow street, a footpath of about 20 metres. When you open the wrought-iron entrance, you step into a tropical front garden with tree-streltzia, bougainvillea, hibiscus, Cala, wild poinsettia and a large orange tree. Behind it is this nest, with a large, secluded terrace, which faces south/east on two levels, has also been abundantly replanted and has a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The house has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern way. All the details have been tastefully coordinated and form a harmonious overall picture.
