Location
Leon is located in Porto Colom, a fishing port where is still possible to see the fishermen repairing the nets on the dock. About 800m. away from the house there is supermarket, a few local shops, a bank, a chemist and approx. 1.5km. away is the harbour; a charming place to enjoy walks by the sea. In this area there are superb sea front restaurants and cafeterias. This locality offer several sandy coves, Cala Marçal approx. 3 minutes drive and S’Arenal within 10 minutes drive. During the summer season you can practice water sports such as diving, sailing, canoeing or rent a bike to discover the charming corners of Porto Colom. The golf course "Vall Dor Golf" is approx. 3 km. away and the tourist resort Cala D'Or with a wide variety of shops restaurants and its beautiful marina is 8km. away.
The villa
Leon is an ideal villa for families or small groups. The villa offers pipe music, central heating in all the house and air conditioning in the bedrooms. From the hall there is access to a comfortable living room with patio doors opening to the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and counts with a dining table. A side door access to the pool area. There are three bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom that share a separate shower room. The last one is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom -bathtub with Jacuzzi-.
Complimentary heating in all the house and air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed and limited timetable.
Note: The owners leave in the semi-basement. They have a different entrance and don’t access to the villa, neither to the pool area.
The exterior
Lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool with a retractable owning, a table and chairs to enjoy delicious “al fresco meals” cooked at the brick built barbecue. Pool (8m. x 5m. Depth 0.90m. - 1.50m.) with Roman steps. The pool has a Jacuzzi area (with a limited timetable). Exterior pool shower. There is a sun terrace at one side of the pool with sun beds; the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the long summery day. At the other side of the pool there is a lawned area ideal for the kids to play and run around with a palm tree and a carob tree that provides a nice shade for the hottest summer days. The property is fenced.
Bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price.
The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
